Delivery Issue
- Not receiving calls prior to the delivery (buzzer).
- Tracking says the parcel has been delivered, but the consumers haven’t received it.
- Refused to deliver to the certain spot.
- Parcels are not delivered for no reason.
- Throw a parcel at the door.

Customer Service Issue
- The website does not have the contact phone number.
- The office is empty when the consumer goes to the address for a pick up.
- No update from the business or no response. Emails are bounced back as the mailbox is full.
- Consumers call the business but no one answers.
- Delivery guy is rude and aggressive to the consumer.

We offered Ant Eparcel the opportunity to address the above identified patterns. We did not receive their response.

BBB received  Scam Tracker reports about Ant Eparcel, an express shipping company based in Richmond, BC. Consumers alleged that they paid for a delivery service but they never received the product.

BBB reached out to the business with letters on January 20, 2021 and February 23, 2021 to confirm details about their business location, return/refund policies.  BBB also contacted the City of Richmond on March 16, 2021 to verify if there is a business licence connected to the company’s listed address.  However, the City does not have any records for this address.

As of March 29, 2021, BBB has not received a response from Ant Eparcel. The website for the company, http://anteparcel.com/ is still active.
