In March 2022, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated NYMarkTech business practices. This investigation was prompted by consumer inquiries and to verify the business’ postal address.
In March 2022, BBB checked the website www.nymarktech.com to determine when it was registered. The website was registered on October 29, 2021.
In April 2022, postal mail sent by BBB to 2157 Shobe Lane, Durango, CO 81302 was returned by USPS. BBB is unable to verify the true location of this business.
BBB made inquiries to NYMarkTech via email asking the following:
- If the property address as listed above is a valid address, provide documentation such as rental agreement or utility invoice showing the address.
- Provide NYMarkTech’s legal property address.
- Provide copies of all documentation that is provided to consumers for their interaction with NYMarkTech such as contracts, invoices, and brochures.
- Contact information of the person completing this request.
To date, BBB has not received a response from NYMarkTech. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business.
