Pattern of Complaints
In complaints filed at your BBB for Geeks Tech Pro, LLC consumers claim they did not receive the service promised by the business. Specifically, consumers allege Geeks Tech Pro was not the business associated with the phone number they were initially contacting. Consumers were automatically re-directed to the Geek Tech Pros to help fix computer or printer connections issues. They report Geek Tech Pros took control of the computer to download a program to help remove viruses. However, consumers report the issues were not resolved; the program downloaded wasn’t necessary; and consumers lost money. Your BBB submitted a written request to address the pattern of complaints in September of 2022. To date, the BBB has not received a response from the business.
