Accreditation Suspension
On 01/08/2025 accreditation was suspended due to a failure to address marketplace disputes quickly, professionally, and in good faith. The matter will be reviewed by the BBB's Board of Directors at its next meeting.
Pattern of Complaints
BBB files indicate this business has a pattern of complaints concerning delivery, communication and refund issues. Consumers allege they are notified when ordering that the lead time to receive the products is 8 to 10 weeks. After waiting 8-10 weeks, Consumers report the business advises it will still be a few weeks due to delays. The website doesn’t have a clearly disclosed timeframe for delays. When consumers ask to cancel their order, they are advised they’ll receive a refund in 10 business days, however consumers also report not having received those refunds. On November 13, 2024, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints.
On December 18, 2024, BBB submitted a follow up written request to address the pattern which included 33 unanswered/unresolved complaints. As of today, we have not received a response.
