BBB has received numerous complaints alleging misleading information given to consumers, consumers paying for a service that was not necessary for them to obtain for their computers to work, falsifying company name and overall poor customer service.
The BBB investigated Technocare Technology, for its business practices. On January 7, 2019, BBB requested background information from the business including any applicable licensing or registration, a description of their services, names of all principals involved in the company and their three year work history, as well as a business model.
As of February 6, 2019, the business failed to respond to BBB's request for information.
