You are entitled to full money back guarantee holding 10% of management fee if the refund request is made before delivery the initial design concept.
ITS ON MEDIA will only entertain valid refund requests and that has to be qualified against the design brief and the feedback given for revisions. Without reasoning refund is not allowed.
