• Advertising Review:

  On July 6, 2022, BBB requested Trigger Point Systems LLC to modify, substantiate or discontinue claims made on their website (https://triggerpointsystems.com/) that read, "HAPPINESS GUARANTEE", "Loved by Doctors and Customers!", "Relieve your neck, shoulder and back pain in just 5-10 minutes a day", and the website has crossed out prices with new prices next to them. Advertisers must be prepared to substantiate such claims per BBB's Code of Advertising. 
  
  BBB's Code of Advertising Section 20 states, when using the term “warranty” or “guarantee” in product advertising, the advertiser must clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the warranty can be seen prior to sale at the advertiser's location, viewed on the advertiser’s website or, in the case of mail or telephone order sales, made available free on written request. BBB's Code of Advertising Section 9 states, time limit sales must be observed. BBB's Code of Advertising Section 34 states, claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data. Additionally, BBB's Code of Advertising Section 30 states, the advertising makes broad claims as to the endorsements or approval by indefinitely large or vague groups, for example, “the homeowners of America,” “the doctors of America;”
