Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we "All About Computers" have what we call "THE COOL DOWN PERIOD". The cool down period is a period you have as an online consumer in which to make up your mind if you want the goods or not. You have seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods/service in which you can cancel the contract. You do not have to have a reason to cancel - a simple change of mind is enough. No product shall be able to be returned for a different item, or for a full cash refund after the cool down period with the exception of a DOA (Dead On Arrival) product. If this happens you must get an All About Computers associate to approve your DOA product then your product may be sent back for an exchange ONLY.
