- The business states the following on their website: This policy is effective as of August 30, 2012. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. We accept returns for most items within 14 days of the receipt of your order. Products that have been used, worn, altered, have missing items, or are without the original packaging or garment tag can’t be returned. Please double-check to make sure you've included all of the pieces and packaging before returning anything. The following items are NEVER returnable: Partial Party Kits, Disposable Helium Tanks, Any item that has been worn, used, or altered, Edible items such as cake toppers or candy. Also, there are certain items we can only take back if they’re returned in the original, unopened factory-sealed packaging. These include: Undergarments, socks, and stockings, Shoes & Boots (Does not apply to shoe covers, boot tops, or costume shoes designed for indoor use only or one time wear)CDs and DVDsWigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips/extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, and hats with attached hair. Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth. Cosmetics, Party Supplies. We will accept returned items that are clearly defective due to a manufacturer defect or due to damage from a shipping carrier.To return items: Read the above policies to ensure that your items will be accepted. Re-pack the items AND INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP. Write your order number on the outside of the box. Send the package to:ATTN: Punchbowl Returns, 16205 Small Rd, New Berlin, WI 53151 Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund for the value of the returned items. Please note that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable.
