1. All products must be returned in like-new condition, including
original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied
for all missing accessories or parts.
2. Dirigo Software will not accept items that have been physically
damaged or misused, or issue refunds or returns for software that has EVER been
activated.
3. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
4. 10% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
5. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are
NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
6. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for all refunds.
7. Per State of Maine regulations, any taxes refunded in this case will be calculated based on the
