Refund and Exchange Policy
We only sell 100% professionally tested items, but we will still take our item back within the specified warranty period. Computer parts can be returned within 14 days and computer or laptop systems have a 30-day money back guarantee and a 90-day replacement warranty. We show original stock pictures and sell only items with their manufacturer part number or model numbers.  Therefore, cosmetic issues and issues with compatibility do not fall under our warranty policy without being subject to a 20% restocking charge.  If return is authorized, items must be returned in the same condition and same packing in which item was delivered.  When a return arrives back to us, we will inspect the item and verify the item’s serial number with our inventory to confirm the item returned was the same item that was shipped prior to issuing a refund to the customer.  All returns are subject to a restocking fee.  Any item returned, open or unopened, because the customer changed their mind, found a better price, ordered by mistake or simply no longer wants the item will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  SJ Computers LLC also reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 20 percent of the product sale price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts or is in unsalable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
