On February 10, 2022, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated the terms of a Consent Order from 2018 by failing to obtain the required building permits and/or failed to adequately supervise a subcontractor. Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to pay the remaining $5,000.00 fine from the 2018 action which stayed on the condition the business complied with the Order and ensure all permits will be obtained prior to beginning work. A $7,500.00 penalty is stayed on the condition that the business complies with the terms of this Order.
