- Refund and Exchange Policy
- A. If for any reason you cannot take the course and you inform
TEKTAURUS Education 3 days prior to the Commencement of the course, Tektaurus Education will refund the fees minus $100 for Registration cost. You will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever, once the first day, of course, is over. But if you decide to enroll in another course offered by Tektaurus Education within 3 days of the course start date, you will be subject to a Course change Fees of $150.
B. You will not use the information obtained as a result of this training in any way against Tektaurus Education or its employees.
C. You will not share materials, video recordings, session details provided. Tektaurus Education reserves the full rights to revoke all your access without any refund otherwise.
D. Although systems will be available 24/7, Helpdesk service will be available only between 9.00am & 5.30pm. Monday to Friday.
E. Instructors will be available via emails during Training program.
F. Tektaurus Education reserves 48 hrs every month for service & maintenance. These 48hrs, can be together or spread over the 30-day cycle. If for any other reasons the outage of service lasts more than the scheduled hours, Tektaurus Education will compensate for the lost time with equal time.
G. Tektaurus Education reserves the right to pull any student out of training without assigning any reason. In such a circumstance, the course fees will be prorated and refunded. - Business Categories
