There are no refunds on labor services, anti-virus or operating system software, custom built computers or special order parts. We have a 30 day return policy for unopened/unused commonly stocked parts (not special orders) which is a full refund if paid with cash. There is a 3% transaction fee if the purchase was made with credit/debit card.
Our virus removal service does not offer a refund because it is a service however due to the nature of this service it has a 7 day satisfaction warranty. If the system is still infected or even becomes infected again due to user error in the 7 day period, we will fix it for free.
