There are no refunds for lending or financing services. For lending and financing the consumer is held responsible for reading, understanding, and signing the contract. Once the contract is signed it is up to the consumer to talk to the lender they signed the contract with to receive the funding from.
As for the consulting there is a brief explanation on what each consultation covers. We do offer you a money back guarantee if you schedule a consultation, but cancel it 12 hours prior to the consultation time, we have technical difficultly on our side or if the consultant is not available for some unexpected reason. Because the consultation is our product we do not offer a money back guarantee during or after the consultation.
