- We offer a six-month warranty on services, in which we guarantee workmanship and will fix any problems that arise during that time, as long as the issues are directly related to service and are brought to our location within the allotted time. We do not offer cash refunds, but are always willing to offer a complimentary service or service at cost to correct issues. On Apple computers sold with warranties, we cover every component with the exception of the Logic Board for a period of one year.
